“I met Eric & Tricia at an event where they displayed their service offerings. What struck me immediately is their written material on the subject of Downsizing. In my role as an advisor for many retired clients, whose financial success rests on the proper management of their inevitable assets, I find myself often speaking with some clients about planning for aging in place and being unable to support the annual expenses of home ownership.
