Real estate brokerage services are only offered by the assigned Real estate agents, teams, or brokers partnered with Real Estate Platinum Benefits. Real Estate agency services and the closing cost rebate are offered exclusively by Colonial Classic LLC, dba The Coury Team Realtors of Keller Williams ELITE in RI & MA. Each Keller Williams franchise is independently owned and operated. The Real Estate Platinum Benefits program is only available to current or retired Employees of participating Employers. Proof of current employment or official retirement is required. Employees must use a Real Estate agent from Colonial Classic LLC, dba The Coury Team or one of its affiliated representatives to be qualified for the Real Estate Platinum Benefits program. Employees are disqualified if they are already engaged in a Real Estate Agency agreement with another agent. If working with another agent this is not a solicitation. Employee & Employer information will remain confidential within Colonial Classic LLC, dba The Coury Team Realtors of Keller Williams ELITE and its affiliated agents and partners. The Real Estate Platinum Benefits program is voluntary. Employees are not obligated to participate and are responsible for doing their own due diligence. Each Employee seeking to buy or sell Real Estate is entitled to one free thirty-minute virtual consultation annually. A qualified seller planning to sell a home is entitled to up to one, one-hour in-home consultation annually. Additional consultations are optional. The Employee must complete a registration form to participate. Please check with a program specialist for details. The closing cost rebate money is applied directly toward qualified closing costs up to $2,000 and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Employee must qualify to be eligible. The Employee must sign an exclusive Real Estate buyer or seller agency agreement with Colonial Classic LLC, dba The Coury Team Realtors of Keller Williams ELITE to be eligible for the Real Estate Platinum Benefits program and the closing cost rebate. This promotion cannot be applied to any past or future transactions, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The closing cost Rebate is offered in most states and only where permitted by local laws and regulations. In some states, a gift card, home warranty, appraisal credit, inspection credit, or commission reduction at closing may be provided in lieu of the closing cost rebate. The Real Estate Platinum Benefits program and closing cost rebate is not available for Employer-sponsored relocations or transactions in Iowa or outside the United States. The rebate is not available in Alaska and Oklahoma. In Kansas, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oregon, and Tennessee, a home warranty, appraisal credit, inspection credit, a commission reduction may be available at closing, or MasterCard MAX gift card may be issued. Other restrictions may apply. The Real Estate Platinum Benefits program and closing cost rebate is not available in certain transactions with restricted agent commissions (including new construction, land, mobile homes, leases, rentals, For Sale by Owner, off market transactions, for uncommon broker compensation structures, or For Sale by iBuyer transactions). Your assigned agent can help you identify any transactions where the Closing Cost Rebate would not be available. Qualified homebuyers must provide Colonial Classic LLC, dba The Coury Team Realtors of Keller Williams ELITE with a current prequalification letter from a mortgage lender. All real estate commissions are negotiable. The rebate does not apply to property valued under $250,000. Qualified closed properties valued between $250,000 and $500,000 are eligible for up to a $500 closing cost rebate. Qualified closed properties valued between $500,000 up to $800,000 are eligible for up to a $1,000 closing cost rebate. Qualified closed properties valued over $800,000 are eligible for up to $2,000 closing cost rebate. Colonial Classic LLC, dba The Coury Team Realtors of Keller Williams ELITE are Licensed and service clients and Employees in MA and RI. Employees seeking to buy or sell outside the Colonial Classic LLC, dba The Coury Team Realtors of Keller Williams ELITE’s licensed territories, may receive a referral agent from within the Coury Teams referral network of licensees to service the Employee in the areas sought outside their service area. The Employee closing cost rebate only applies for qualified home buyers or sellers, if the client successfully closes on a qualified Real Estate transaction with Colonial Classic LLC, dba The Coury Team Realtors of Keller Williams ELITE or its referred affiliated agents through its Real Estate Platinum Benefits Program. The Coury Team Realtors does not guarantee acceptance for all applicants and reserves the right to terminate the Real Estate Buyer or Seller agency agreement or client relationship at any time without obligation.
