    Tricia was amazing to work with during the entire home buying process. My wife and I are first time homeowners and had a lot of worries when we started looking due to the Covid pandemic. We did not attend any open houses but instead emailed several realtors in the are. Tricia and Lori were the fist to respond and we met them the first time via a Zoom call. From that point on Tricia answered all of our questions in a timely manner and since she lived close was very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely recommend Tricia and if (big if) we ever look to buy again we would definitely connect with her first

    We cannot recommend Tricia enough. We decided to put our house on the market in early March 2020. When we met with Tricia, she walked us through the process, provided us a timeline of how to get our house ready for Market, and kept us on schedule so we could be ready to show our house.
    Tricia also helped us determine how much to list our house. She has extensive knowledge of our area, and made sure that it was perfectly listed to attract as many buyers as possible. Once our house was listed on the market, we had two days of open house we had multiple, written, above asking offers.
    What made Tricia stand out was that all of what she did for us took place right before the pandemic took place and "stay-at-home" orders were issued.
    Tricia kept us up-to-date on all the information and regulations and made sure that we were able to sell and buy our house in a timely manner.
    During the scheduled showings, Tricia helped ensure that all precautions were in place and helped to sanitize the home afterwards.
    Tricia truly went above and beyond what was asked of any realtor during the process and cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her team. We are very grateful for all she has done and cannot thank her enough for her support in the buying and selling process.

    I can't say enough about how lucky we were to work with Tricia. Tricia is extremely responsive, and she truly makes you feel comfortable and at ease during a stressful process. She represented us on both the buyer and seller side, and was always right on top of the process for each transaction.     Tricia helped me sell my family home. She communicated in a positive professional manner all of the pro's and con's of the market, as well as the opportunities for us in our neighborhood. She advised us on how to price our home to get the best turnout for buyers at our open house - and wow was she right! She even helped us do some decorating to stage the house. Tricia even spent her own money to advertise our home online and used a number of marketing strategies to market our house to her network of friends and professionals.

    When it came to open house - we had a line of cars down the street and people packed in. There were even groups standing in the yard discussing the house. There was definitely a buzz! After two days of open houses and 4 days on the market we had 4 offers on the house. It sold for more than asking price.

    I am pleased with Tricia's knowledge of Real Estate, but even more impressed with her strong communication, positive outlook, and friendly way of doing business. She was an awesome advocate and adviser more than anything. I highly recommend her!

    We were driving back up from Long Island and asked if they could stay later to show us the house. I just new we had found the one!!!! Tricia was nice enough to stay 2 hours later to show us the house. We didn't have a realtor and decided to go with her because she helped us so much and answered a ton of questions!!!! The process was move very fast and we didn't want to lose the house. We put an offer in and there was another bid on the house. Tricia guided us through the whole process and we ended up getting the house. Tricia was so helpful and was available whenever we needed her.
