The Town Of Lakeville is seeking proposals for the sales of a parcel of Town -owned land with a building thereon located at 296 Bedford Street, Lakeville, containing 1.02 acres of land, more or less (the "property"). The building is a one (1) story building containing 5,410 square feet and currently is being used as the Town's Police Station but has been previously used for various commercial purposes. Proposals will be accepted at the Board of Selectmen's Office, 346 Bedford Street, Lakeville, on or before 2:00pm on April 2, 2019, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened. Proposals become public information when opened, Late proposals will not be considered. A site tour will be held at 10:00 am on March 13, 2019, meeting at the property. It is highly recommended that prospective bidders attend the site tour.
